Weight


Today I decided to lose some weight because I basically feel that I'm fat. At the moment my weight is about 207 lbs and probably over 20% bodyfat. My goal is to weigh 165-176 lbs and 4-6% bodyfat in August ( for my trip to USA) . So how will i do to complete this? Well I'm going to eat more clean food. Such as beef,chicken,eggs and rise and stop eating as much carbs as possible. And of curse train a lot of cardio! I will post how the weight loss is going further on.
