It sucks!

Do you ever had one of those days that it feels that everything you do goes wrong? Well I had one of those days today, slept like shit, work sucked. Like I couldn't hold anything, I just dropped things, no focus at all. Probably because I slept so bad. The only thing that was positive today was that I got my new computer sound, it's so fucking awesome. But it wasn't cheap, it cost about 150 dollars, but definitely worth every penny! Over and out

T.G.I.F! Do I need to say anymore?

New book

 So I bought a book a few days ago and it's a book that fits me. I usually don't read books, but it's about a guy that infiltrate Hells angels, Bandidos and some others 1% biker clubs. The unusual is that he did it for 9 hole years til he eventually gets exposed.

This is what it says on the back:

Peter Rätz gets recruited 1995 and rise fast in the ranks: Sergeant at Arms in Bandidos, responsible for security and guns, involved in drug trade, guns and trafficking. As bodyguard for Hells angels president he gets shot in the leg.

Everything with swedish police credits.

 He gets exposed 2004 and becomes a living dead. With at least 2 contracts on his head he hides somewhere in the world.

Lawless

Today i watched the movie Lawless and it's a pretty good movie, you should watch it!

The storyline is: 

The three Bondurant brothers run a bootlegging operation during the depression, up in the mountains of Franklin County, Virginia. Crooked Special Deputy Charles Rakes is after a share of the brothers' profits. Compounding their troubles, the local competition is elbowing in on their activities. Forrest's boisterous defiance and Cricket's knack for moonshine production help the brothers gain a local monopoly. When Forrest is wounded as tension with Rakes escalates, Jack, initially the timid one, must prove his worth against gangster Floyd Banner's mob, and we see him metamorphose into a cocky exhibitionist in his attempts to woo the off-limits preacher's daughter, Bertha.

Weight

Today I decided to lose some weight because I basically feel that I'm fat. At the moment my weight is about 207 lbs and probably over 20% bodyfat. My goal is to weigh 165-176 lbs and 4-6% bodyfat in August ( for my trip to USA) . So how will i do to complete this? Well I'm going to eat more clean food. Such as beef,chicken,eggs and rise and stop eating as much carbs as possible. And of curse train a lot of cardio! I will post how the weight loss is going further on.
